FINRA: Archimede Refused to Cooperate with Investigation

On January 22, 2024, FINRA published a disciplinary action involving Mr. Archimede. According to a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent (# 2023080714501), he refused to comply with FINRA’s request for information and documents and to appear for on-the-record testimony. Mr. Archimede did not admit or deny FINRA’s findings. He did, however, consent to their entry, as well as a permanent bar from acting as a broker. His bar began on January 22, 2024, and will last indefinitely.

Michael Archimede Resigned from PFS over Customer Loan
