Philip Incorvia’s Death Exposes Long Island Ponzi Scheme

Philip Incorvia was associated with Henely Wealth in Shoreham, New York until August 2021.  He was registered with the Long Island based brokerage firm since 2006 and it is believed that he began operating Jefferson Resources and Vanderbilt Realty as frauds shortly after joining Henely Wealth in 2006. 

Prior to being hired by Henely Wealth, Incorvia was fined by the NASD and was subject to two customer disputes. It is believed that he began operating Jefferson Resources and Vanderbilt Realty as ponzi schemes shortly after he was hired be Henely in 2006.
