LaTour Asset Management and Barbara Burns Fined by Missouri Regulator

Barbara Burns (CRD 6303432) and LaTour Asset Management were fined by the state of Missouri. Ms. Burns is also registered with Center Street Securities.

Details About the Fine

According to the consent order, Burns and LaTour Asset Management engaged in “unethical business practices” by instructing clients to sign blank or incomplete documents.
Burns and LaTour agreed to pay a fine of $40,000, and Burns was suspended for six months.
LaTour will be subject to heightened supervision for a period of three years.
